Our core sports are made up of the following but may change depending on engagement:

• Tag Rugby
• Walking Group

At the moment we have, Football, Tag Rugby, a Running session and monthly group Walk - keep in touch with our social media channels for breaking news on new games and activities.

Tuesday


Tag Rugby every Tues evening 7-8pm. We are always looking to welcome new players and no previous experience is required so please register

Netball not running at the moment, looking for players so register if interested

Wednesday & Thursday


Football Wednesday 6pm-7pm always popular and fills very quickly for most sessions, book early!

Running Session Weekly running group every Thursday 6pm - 7pm of mixed levels of fitness, everyone welcome no matter what your level.

7 V 7 or 8 V 8 Games

Remember games are for fun and not to win world cups! We demand sportsmanship, respect and good nature. In return you should have great fun, experience team banter, find new friends and improved fitness. The session is normally for one hour and this will include a sport specific warm up to reduce the chance of injury. We also include a cool down for the same reason.
